Caption: With the New Testament being finished in 2008, John Atsu, a translator who’s mother tongue is Siwu, is working on the Siwu Old Testament project. He works alongside fellow translator Stephen Bosco Addae (not pictured), a Pastor of Assemblies of God Church, in the Siwu translation office in Akpafu Mempeasem, in the Volta region of eastern Ghana. Stephen’s mother tongue is also Siwu. Here, John is holding up four primers in the Siwu language.
