Caption: Joseph Andrah shows two primers in the Dagbani and Mampruli languages which are used to teach reading and writing in the local languages. These primers were made at the print shop of Ghana Institute of Linguistics, Literacy and Bible Translation’s (GILLBT) in Tamele which is in the Northern region of Ghana. Joseph’s mother tongue is Éwé and he comes from the Vakpo community in the Volta region of eastern Ghana.
