Caption: The Keliko people are from South Sudan. Although Bible translation started in 1985, decades of civil war forced translators to postpone their work. Many Keliko fled to Northern Uganda - the location where the Keliko NT was eventually completed. Decades after translation began, on 11 August 2018, the Keliko New Testament was dedicated, and now for the first time the Keliko people can hear God’s Word in their own language. Here, Joseph Boboli holds the Keliko New Testament.
