Caption: Sign Language is very expressive, using hand gestures, but also facial expressions to communicate. Deaf bible translator engages his deaf audience. This is the first time in India (only the second time in history) that the bible has been made available to deaf people in a way they can understand - in sign language. Over 1200 deaf Indians have gathered for this event, some travelling on a train from Delhi for 3 days, and begging for a translation into their local sign language. These hundreds of people are only a small representation of the estimated 9 million Deaf in India.
